1. Where should we clean first?
There are a lot of bad substances released from the body due to constant metabolism. Each and everyday the body tries to get rid of these bad substances. The body will not have any trouble if these are released from the body time to time. As the modernization started growing, man is having time only to eat but not to release it. Due to the accumulation of these bad substances in the body it leads to releasing of the bad odors. In order to protect us from these bad odors we are using pastes, soaps, powders, phenols etc. , as alternatives but we do not think about the reasons for using them. We clean our bathroom and commode with phenol and broom due to the bad substances released from us, but we are never cleaning our body where the dirt lies. If the women do not have time to clean the washroom, they will at least hire a maid to clean them, but will not leave the bathrooms without cleaning. They take so much care for the house. But are we cleaning our living bodies with attention, which give shelter to our lives? Has this idea not come to you yet? See how wrong it is! From now onwards at least treat your body like how you take care of your home. Let's see why we don't become healthy. Since you have decided to clean your body from inside, Let's discuss, with what should you cleanse it? When should you clean? What should you do if the dirt is not totally cleaned? What kind of life should you live in order to get rid of the accumulation of this dirt? Let us know all this and let us fix a muhurtham to cleanse the body.
2. What pollutants arise in our body?
Our body is a collection of thousands of cells. Few millions of cells together form an organ. This body is made up of these organs. In order for such a body to live, these cells should function properly. There are three most important requirements for living. They are air, water and food. All three are available in this nature in air, liquid and solid forms. The cells within us receive the air, water and food which we supply, maintaining vitality and generating energy (heat). We will survive as long as they produce energy. If a material produces energy by burning, then it also produces wastage. For example, when heat is generated by firing a stick in a stove, it releases coal, ash and smoke. In the same way waste substances are generated in the cells. They are carbon dioxide (exhaled air), sweat, urine, feces etc. Everyday, millions of cells die due to their completion of lifespan. A dead cell is like a corpse. Those dead cells are some sort of waste or pollutant to the body. Everyday our body tries to throw out all these waste substances. Are we throwing them? Or letting it be? Shall we find out?
3. Reasons for accumulation of pollution in the body
Every man has tea time, breakfast time, lunch time and snacks time to eat, drink. But we don't allocate our time as this is motion time or this is urine time. This is the biggest cause for accumulation of pollution. Man uses 2 to 3 hours a day to eat or drink. In a day, if a part of time is spent in this time to get rid of the pollution then this pollution will not be accumulated. This problem is because of man's intelligence. An animal doesn't stop the nature calls and this pollution won't get accumulated. Drinking too much water may cause more urine which leads to going to the bathroom more often. Keeping that in mind, people reduced the amount of consumption of drinking water. Due to this reason less dirt/waste is excreted via urine and more pollution gets accumulated. We eat something or other 3-4 times a day. The feces produced by it does not go away even once a day. About 25 percent of the bacteria must be excreted through feces everyday. Due to lack of time, if we go to motion once in 2-3 days, it will cause more accumulation of dirt. We use fans, ACs and coolers because we are worried about sweat, which may cause loss of talcum powder or smoothness of our clothes etc. We don't sweat by any other means. Due to this, the dirt that should come out in the form of sweat from skin pores is getting accumulated in the body. For those who work physically, more air goes into the lungs, and brings out large amounts of carbon-dioxide. Now-a-days all the work is done on computers using fingers, due to this, bad gas is accumulating in the body. In this way, a lot of pollution is created in our body which needs to be excreted from the four excretory organs. But, we are excreting only one fourth of the waste, and leaving the remaining three fourths in our body. We do not know how much damage it causes to the body. Let us try to find out.
4. Damage caused to the body due to pollution
If anything is struck in our teeth or if any particle falls in the eye, then the body will not have peace of mind till they are removed. Our body, which has such a quality, is constantly trying in all possible ways to get rid of these four types of pollutants via excretory organs. These pollutants are coming till the gate. As we are not giving them a chance, they are just going back again. In this way the body tries so many days but fails at the end to send this dirt out of the body, and decides to push it somewhere else. If you ask where the water is stagnated in a land, everyone will answer that wherever the level of the land is low, there water stagnates. In the same way, whichever part has weakness or less movement in our body, the pollution is accumulated in that part. That's why, even though everyone in the house eats the same thing, this is the reason for not suffering from the same diseases. Let us learn how pollutants can convert into pathogens (disease producing agents).
If the water is kept in a container for ten days without touching it creates many germs. If we keep rice or curries for a day, we can observe visible germs taking birth in that. We can see that bad originates from the good if we keep them for a long time. In the same manner, if we store the pollutants which are not required for our body, they will get transformed into pathogens. If freshwater is stored in a pit, it turns into mud water, later this turns into a home for germs. Similarly, the pollutants in our body cause the birth of pathogens.
When these pathogens reach any organ or part of the body, then that part gets infected. In medical terminology it is called as infection. Each and every part which is infected by the pathogen, is named with a unique name. The pathogens are named as Arthritis if they are accumulated in the middle of the joints. It is called Bronchitis if the bronchial tubes (tubes in the lungs) are affected by the germs. If the nasal area is affected by the germs, it is called Sinusitis. For example, melting a gold biscuit into liquid and pouring it into different molds would give different names. If we wear it on hand, it is called a bangle. If we wear it on the neck, it is called a Chain. It is called Vaddanam (ornamental belt), if we it on the waist. Even though every ornament has gold in it, the names change according to the parts which we adorn with them. In the same way, disease names are changing. Pathogens are the root cause. How many people know that the base is waste material (pollution). The food which we eat, water which we drink, air which we inhale, are going inside properly but aren't coming out completely. That is the foundation for our diseases. Man is making his own body sick. He must experience what he has done to himself! Due to this he must correct his mistakes by himself. He must put up a good path for his own health. Doctors and medical procedures are not related to his pollution accumulation. Atmospheric pollution, fertilizers and pesticides are not the causes for his pollution accumulation. Age and parents' roles are irrelevant to this pollution accumulation. You are responsible for your own dirt accumulation. Cooperate with the body to excrete the waste.
5. How does pollution travel?
Pollutants are released when the biological function of the cells in our body is carried out. All these pollutants are easily dissolved in water and then circulated to each excretory organ for excretion. Whoever drinks the right amount of water at the right time, the pollution of that day would be dissolved in the water and the process of excretion is carried out perfectly. If one does not drink enough water, thinking what do we get by drinking water, there is no taste to water etc., then the pollution won't be cleared. Eventually the cells accumulate more pollutants. For washing the house you want more water, for bathing you want a bucket of water. But for washing inside the body, bathing millions of cells you are satisfied with little water. We are satisfied by spending too much water to clean the motion and urnite. But we do not know that we need the same water to clean their origin in the cells and the passage. Some people are unable to drink water separately but instead they are drinking coconut water, buttermilk, cool drink and barley water. People imagine that these kinds of liquids too will clean the body from inside. But, we are cleaning those glasses too with fresh water. So think how much pollution is cleaned in our body by them. Water is the only one which can clean our body from both inside and outside. Water is our livelihood. Let us find out how much water we should drink to get rid of the pollution, when to drink for fast clearing of the pollution, when not to drink and what kind of water should be consumed.
6. What is the importance of water in the body?
If our body is to live, it needs three things. The first need is oxygen. The second requirement is water and the third requirement is food. If the oxygen supply is not sufficient we will die within a few seconds, so that's why it became our first requirement. If we do not drink water, we don't die until a few days. So, it has taken second place in the needs of the body. If we do not take food, we don't die until a few months. So it is known that food has less requirement when we compare with the other two. Our health won't deteriorate if the body's needs are met by recognizing this truth. If our health is deteriorating, that indicates that unknowingly we are committing some mistake. We consider that mistake as insignificant. That's why we don't care. That is a very big mistake to the body. Nobody is committing a mistake with our body's first need. All that is going wrong is with the second and third requirements. 70 percent of the body is occupied by water. 30 percent of the body is made up of muscles, nerves, bones etc.
As nature is occupied by water in three quarters, and by land in one quarter, in the same way, our body has three quarters of water and one quarter of solid material. Considering this truth, everyday we should give three times importance to water and one time to food. But we are reversing this process. You do not agree that you reversed it. Everyday what we are doing is we are eating 70 percent of food and drinking 30 percent of water. Do you say no? If so, analyse the consumption of food and water everyday. Now everyone agrees. Why are we manipulating these basic requirements. The only reason I know is, we get good taste if we eat, but what do we get if we drink? Except urine! Therefore, the second essential water is moved to third place, and the food is moved to the second essential place in our life. How do we get better health if we manipulate the body's requirements? We forgot that drinking water gives better health and started assuming that eating food gives health. With that wrong assumption, we are eating more food than required. For example, in every house either the mother or the wife says that the food is more important than water. They say, "Eat little more, let me serve one more idly so that you can get strength". If a child who is going to school is drinking water with eagerness, he is stopped drinking water and is given milk to drink. The food we ate today has not yet been digested, but husband gets the question of what to cook tomorrow. In this way, most importance is given to food and different varieties are cooked. Do you know what words we all have to say if we live in a world where water is the second essential for the body? Dear, drink some more water. Should I pour some more water? Drink lots of water today! Such words should be heard in our homes. We have to spend life realizing that food is also important to live but it is not as important as water.
7. How much water must be consumed?
People are drinking water without any concern for body functions and water needs, but they are just drinking according to the availability of their time. Considering these needs, let us think about how much water we should drink. Doctors are saying to drink the amount of water that is consumed by your body.
Our body excretes 2.5 liters of water per day through the lungs, sweat, urine and feces. Therefore, it is said that drinking 2 to 2.5 liters of water per day is sufficient. These calculations are correct and sufficient, if we eat fruits, nuts, raw vegetables (without adding anything) instead of cooked food. But we are not following this and consuming strained, fried and burnt food by adding spices to it which is opposite to nature. Just think whether 2-2.5 liters of water is enough for the food which we consume by adding the spices to push the pollution out, for washing the body. As we are committing a mistake it costs more water to recover from this mistake. If a utensil is burnt, is the usage of more soap, more water not increased to get rid of the burns! Similarly, our body requires more water. As far as I know water is insufficient for the people. Let us know the symptoms of the body caused due to low consumption of water. Depending on the result you can decide the amount of water need. Whenever you feel sultry or hot, mouth or lips become dry, the urine is thick, you can see that the urine is in yellow color, a little burning near the urinary tract, the bathroom is smelling bad after peeing, skin burning sensation when you go in the sunlight, the pain in head or stomach in the sunlight, all these indicates that your body is in need of the water. Drink water until all the symptoms are eradicated. You will know how much water will be sufficient to you. According to our calculations, even drinking 4-5 liters of water is not sufficient to get rid of these symptoms. If we think according to the laws of nature and body, it indicates that food and water must be in 1:3 ratio. The body wishes more water than food. We are eating about 2kgs of food per day without fail. Considering that 5 liters of water must be consumed. If you think that 70% of the body's water to be clean, then 7, 8 glasses of water or 2 liters of water doesn't even go to one corner of the body. In a ayurvedic book named Charak Samhitha has told us that we must drink 2. 5 liters of water (8 handfuls of water) before the sunrise almost 3000 years ago. From tomorrow drink 5 liters of water and observe. You will know how does your body offers good changes. For young children (aged between 1-15 ) make them drink 1 to 4 liters of water. Five liters of water is sufficient for people who are aged between 16 to 60. People over 60 years old can drink 4 liters of water. Do not consider the water content in buttermilk, coconut water, cool drinks etc. Drinking these 5 liters of water in odd times or drinking it for sake completion of water consumption task will lead to more damage than benefits to the body. Our body needs water during the day, during empty stomach for various purposes. These 5 liters of water must be divided for these two purposes. It is better to drink 2 ½ liters of water during the day and 2 ½ liters of water during empty stomach. People who work in scorching sun or who are suffering from constipation can cosnume 6 liters of water. Do not drink beyond 6 liters of water. Let us first know about drinking water on empty stomach.
8. How to clean your body from inside during empty stomach?
The ideal gap between waking up from sleep and having breakfast is called as an Empty stomach time. In this time we can drink 2-3 litres of water. Depending on the state of the person, water can be consumed accordingly without any difficulty. Do not drink water which is stored in the fridge. People who have copper containers can fill water in it and keep it over night, the best time to drink this water is morning time. People who are suffering from burns in the stomach, intestinal coating or ulcer, asthama, cough or sputum, nose congestion, eosinophilia etc should drink 5 liters of water by luke warming befor drinking and must drink until the problems are resolved.
First Phase of Water: As soon as you wake up, go to urine if needed, if your mouth smells bad gargle some water and start drinking water. Try to drink water from a glass or a pitcher holding it high. Try to drink how much ever water can be drunk in one sip without any difficulty. Those who drink less than a liter can rest for 4-5 minutes and try to drink the rest. If it is too hard, you can stop and drink after 2-3 minutes. In sum, according to your patience drink one liter to one-and-half liter water directly once or in 2, 3 times within 5-6 minutes of difference. (1. 25 liter – is moderately good for everyone) .In the beginning, it might lead to nausea, turning of eyes, vomitings. Still nothing will happen. For those kind of people, it is advisable to drink a little less water. After drinking water in this way, if you watch TV, chitchat with others, read paper or get busy into the work, you will not have a free motion. For free and easy motion, follow the procedure which is told by me. After drinking water, put your mind and thoughts on the stomach and intestines(lower belly part) for 5-10 minutes and analyse by walking to and fro. The weight which is caused by more consumption of water is forced onto the intestinal tracts and push the feces forward. If you don't think about other things, the nerves of your intestinal tract gets relaxed and pushes the feces forward. One of the most important secrets of a good motion is to concentrate whole-heartedly on the intestines. You can feel the movements of the motion. Roam outside until it turns very urgent. If you feel that you cannot control then go to the motion, it easily falls in a single instalment without any pieces. You will feel satisfied! You can feel you are flying in the air. This first motion helps out to clean the dirt of yesterday afternoon's meal. The water you drink will go from the stomach and the intestines into the blood in 15-20 minutes, and from there it will go into the cells and soaks up all the pollution. After 20 mintues of drinking water, you can do any work. Or you can start doing exercises. After completing first time of motion because of drinking first round of water, if someone does exercise or does work with movements in the hands, the oxygen goes inside properly and burns the dirt which will get dissolved in the water.
Second Phase of Water:For those who drank only one liter of water in the first round of water can take an hour break and start drinking second round of water. It is good to give a gap for those who drank 1. 25 liters of water first time must give 1. 25hour, 1. 5 liters of water first must give 1. 5hour time gap. The body will not have any trouble if you follow this. Some people who don't have time will consume second round of water too fast and suffer from face bloating, dimming of the head, turning of the eyes. Nobody should follow this. Again try to drink 1. 25 liters of water in a glass or a pitcher with 5-6 mitues of gap. After completion of this walk to-and-fro by putting mind on the intestines and try for the motion to occur. You might think is one time not sufficient or first time itself lot of feces is gone, what else is still left over. This is a mistake. Our intestinal tract is about a meter and half long. The fisrt time motion is half meter long in the intestine. Left over feces present in the intestine is generated in the anus and gets ready for the motion. Try as I said, roam outside until it is very urgent. Second motion is more smooth, little thin and watery for some others. Though the second motion is watery we do not need to worry. The water which we drank will clean the intestine. The motion occurred second time is related to the dirt which is produced from yesterday evening's tiffin. It might be related to night meals too. If you go to motion like this in two instalments, you can feel that your intestine is totally cleaned. Everyone knows how to wash hands regularly, but are not capable of cleaning the intestines. We are lucky to know this atleast now. Some people will not get motion second time. No need to worry. Slowly it gets to the path. The second phase of consumed water goes to the blood and sends out the soaked pollution, dirt in the blood via sweat or urine. The water you drink in these two instalments will bathe 5 liters of blood, 70% of millions of cells. All these days, we know how to bath from outside but today we got to know how to bathe inside now. Our body tries to get rid of the contamination from early morning to breakfast time. Hence, we have reduced the body weight by drinking water on empty stomach. Let us stay healthy by giving sufficient water to the body. Those who drank less water in first and second rounds of water can drink some more water in third round. It is advisable to stop drinking water in two rounds with practice. You can relax while traveling or if it is not possible. Until now we have learnt how to do abhishekam with water to our body.
9. How to drink water during the day?
The water we drink in the morning is sufficient to meet the body's needs in 10, 11 hours. From that point on, the body needs water again. Day time means the time from we start consuming water from breakfast until the dusk. The water which is drun during this time is not useful for cleaning the body from inside but it is useful to protect the body from the sunlight, to cool the heat generated by the muscles during the work, to generate digiestive liquids. It is better if we drink 2 1/2 liters of water during the day. It is not advisable to drink water at odd times or while eating to use it in a perfect way. This will help to protect the body.
Third Phase of Water: Give 25-30 minutes of gap after drinking second dafa of water, you can eat any tiffin or drink anything. Do not drink water while having breakfast. After 2 hours of having breakfast, this third round(dafa) of water must not be consumed totally in one time. Drinking in that manner leads to feel heavy and fatigue. It is advisable to drink this in 2-3 times. That is, drink one glass at one time, another glass at another time. Water should be drunk 30 minutes prior to having lunch. No water should be drunk while having lunch. During taking pills or sore throat we can drink a sip of water.
Fourth Phase of Water: After lunch we must drink one liter to 1. 25 liters of water in 2-3 times. This supports the intestine to suck the digested food. People who are above 55, 60 years should avoid drinking water from evening 4, 5 to rescue from urine problem.
Fifth Phase of Water: This is not necessary to everyone. This works good for people who dint consume good amount of water inn fourth dafa, those who sweats a lot while working, for youth, for those who dint go to a free motion after second dafa, who are trying to go to motion 3rd time. The above mentioned people must drink 3/4th liter to 1 liter of water and try to go to motion from 6 p. m. It is not necessary to drink water in the night time. If somebody feels thirsty at 9 or 10pm can drink half or one full glass of water.
10. What are the problems of drinking water while eating?
Some people drink water and start eating immediately. Others drink while eating, few others drink after eating. Drinking water in this manner will lead to trouble in the digestion. Hydrochloric acid is generated in the stomach to digest the food eaten by us. If the acid is directly contacted with the our food, then food is quicly broken down into granules. Instead of happening this, the water which we drank while eating goes into the stomach, dilutes the generated hydrochloric acid(if acid is mixed with water, concentration or power is reduced) .With this digestion consumes more time than normal time. If you see the risks of drinking water while eating are fatigue, buring sensation in the stomach, indigestion, food may become starchy, formation of gas, more number of burps, abdominal cramps etc. Drinking water while eating is abnormal. When you eat fruits, raw vegetables, you chew well and it might not lead to sore throught or hiccups. If the food is chewed softly, slowly, there will be no need for water. In the beginning, a week or 10 days might be little difficult, but after a while it will get habituated and you will feel a way better after eating. It is our habit to first clear off the lumps and then add water, we follow this because mixing lumps, water together will not turn into dough in the mortar. Try to follow this method in your stomach too.
11. Who all should clean the intestines?
To cleanse the intestine few use pills, few use castor oil, others drink salt water. Though these methods cleanse the intenstines a little, but also makes the body fatigue within 1, 2 days. These methods cannot completely cleanse the feces in the intestine. At some point man thoroughly cleans up all the items, vehicles he uses. At last, the septic tank is completely cleaned up atleast for every 10-12 years. Our intestines doesn't even have that fortune today. We do not even care though our intestines are totally filled with the feces. Our health depends upon the intestinal health of the feces. Based upon it our immune system exists. To keep our intestines clean, first we have to eradicate the dirt totally and after that clean the feces 2-3 times a day to lead a healthy intestines. Let's think about the symptoms which should be cleaned. People who suffer from motion problem even though after drinking water, people who has high feces dropping, those who are suffering from constipation since long time, who drop more feces, those who have more gluten in the intestines, those who have amebiasis, clover worms, intestinal worms, those who have high gas trouble, who doesn't feel hunger, who suffers from frequent abdominal pain, people who has bad odors in the feces must clean the intestines first, followed by the diet and it is advisable to follow water rules.
12. How to clean the intestines?
The body's inside hygiene depends upon the intestinal hygiene. “Enema” is used to clean the intestines which is lightweight above all, inexpensive, no side effects are caused by it and it cleans them completely. Don't humiliate enema. It is amazing that we are ashamed of enema but not ashamed of the dirt accumulated. Do you how to clean your intestine at your home by yourself, without knowing to other person!Why to be late? Immediately buy a enema canister. Do not forget that in evey house there is a doctor, if they have a enema canister. Let us know how to prepare enema. Enema should be done during empty stomach. It can be even done after 30 minutes of drinking water. Pour luke-warm water in the enema canister. Do not mix medicines or soaps in it. Apply little coconut oil to the tip of the nozzle. You turn on one side of the bathroom and insert the nozzle 1, 2 inches deep. Next, hold the enema canister filled with water and hang it to a height of one meter or hold it high with hand. Due to it's height, the water goes into the rectum. After completion of water in the canister, remove the nozzle and empty the bowels. It takes 15-20 minutes time for it. Stand in between the process and press the upper and lower belly button and sit again to excrete the feces and loaded water. Once the enema is accustomed in 2 or 3 days, two bottles of water can also be loaded. In this way, do enema procedure with luke-warm water atleast once in a day. To expel the worms, germs, intestinal worms take a handful of neem leaf in 2 liters of water and then boil, cool this boiled water to tepid water, drain it and pour it into the enema canister and do the enema procedure. This enema with neem leaf water can be done 3-4 days continuously. After that do the enema with luke-warm water 2-3 days, you can stop the process if you feel it is cleaned. People who have to do enema must do it for about a week, 10 days or even a month according to their need. It must not become a habit. Anyone from 2 years of age to old age can do enema. Don't stop yourself to buy this advantageous enema canister. I would like to another piece of advice. Accept it is my advice. Will you fulfil my wish without saying no? How you send your daughter to her residence with rice boxes, stove, cans, boxes, bowls etc thinking it as a necessity, in the same way think that rupees one hundred is not yours and put it in the rice box. Your daughter will use it for washing when required. Moreover, what is the necessity for spending more money to buy one more canister for you son-in-law? Tell him as my word t. o adjust with the same one
13. Food that keeps the Bowels clean
The food which contains fiber material can clean the intestines everyday. It makes the diarrhea smooth. You suck the juice of each segment of the mosambi and then you spit out the pulp. That is called as dietary fiber. Now if you swallow the pulp along with the juice, that juice will circulate in the blood and gives us benefits, in the same way that pulp will clean your stomach, small intestine, large intestine, dead cells in the intestine, etc unnecessary materials by pushing out them via rectum and anus, alike how we clean our plates with a scrub. Without this dietary fiber your intestines will not be cleaned, in addition to that you will not get the stool properly. This fiber material is present in all foods prepared by the nature. For example, it is present in all the vegetables. It is better to eat tender vegetables without peeling the rinds. The fiber content is more in the rinds. If the vegetables are peeled totally and cooked, it will effect the stool. All types of fruits will have the fiber. Leafy vegetables contain more fiber. It is high in coconut. For this reason, it is good to add grated coconut before putting it off from the stove. As I said to swallow the pulp, do not eat the rinds of the drumsticks and do not eat the pulp of the chewed pieces of it like disciples of Paramanandaya. We do not need such type of pulp.
Food that holds the Intestines: The food which doesn't contain fiber will not move in the intestines properly. It doesn't keep the intestinal walls healthy. It doesn't clean the dead bacteria. White rice is one of such important food type. The fiber content is zero in this. We are spoiling our intestine's health by eating this type of rice. Other foods that doesn't have fiber completely- All purpose flour, Bomaby Ravva, Uppudu Ravva, Wheat flour bought in the shops, sugar, sweets, bread, cakes, noodles, cool drinks, ice creams, milk, eggs, all types of meat(including fish) , chocolates, biscuits etc. Those who eat this in more quantity will lead to problems in the intestines. Constipation will not be solved. Children should be kept away from these foods.
Food for riddance of constipation: People who are doing enema for cleaning the intestines must not eat boiled foods or sprouts in the tiffin during breakfast time during the enema treatment. They should only eat fruits for the breakfast. They can eat papaya, sapota, pomegranate, dates( up to 10-15) and any other fruits (except banana) . In addition to this, people who already have diabetes can use guava, pomegranate, mosambi, sour wild plum etc. After cleaning intestines for 10-15 days, stop eating fruits and can start eating sprouted seeds. People who are suffering from constipation, gas trouble, more appetite must change their habits accordingly as said above. Roast 3, 4 indian breads milled in wheat flour as pulkas( without oil) and eat with any curry with more quantity( almost half a kg or more than it) . Curries cooked less spicy can be consumed more. After eating the rotis with curry, you can eat brown rice or wheat ravva rice with curd or butter milk. If you don't wish to eat rotis made with wheat flour you can eat Indian breads made with jowar or raagi with more curry quantity. It is better to stop eating curd rice. After constipation is solved, if you don't wish to eat Indian breads then you can eat brown rice or rice cooked with wheat.
14. How does the body function after cleaning it from inside?
Although animals are untidy from outside, their inner body will be very clean. At last carnivores body has also same features. Although the man's body looks very tidy from outside, but the inner body is the most impure out of all animals in the earth. Are you planning to know how clean the body is inside or how impure the body is from inside? There is no need to spend even a single penny There is no need of doctor's fee. There is no need of blood tests, x-rays too. As a matter of fact, first of all, if your mouth doesn't smell bad or if the saliva is clean, it indicates 70% of the water is pure and clean. Secondly, you can guess that digestive tract to be very clean if the tongue is clean, tongue is without bitterness, Thirdly, thought you don't bathe, your sweat must not smell bad. This indicates that your skin is completely clean. Fourthly, your bathroom should never smell bad after you pee thought you don't pour water. You can observe the purity of 5 liters of blood if your urine is thin and pale. Fifthly, you can estimate the cleanliness and health of the millions of cells if the stool comes out freely without touching the plates, without any stains, any smell in seconds. If the five things mentioned so far are odorless, know that all your organs are living inside your body in a clean and tranquil environment. Or if the smells are so intense, realize that there is so much dirt inside you. We can understand whether the rice is cooked or not just by holding one rice grain in or hand, in the same manner we can understand the health status of organs and cells via these smells. Animals do not clean their tongue, do not brush their teeth with paste, do not gargle, do not use soaps, powders anyday. Do not wash after excreting. Yet the above odors do not come from their body. The cleanliness within them gives them the strength. But we wash all over the body from waking up to going to bed so many times. Yet we are fooling ourselves by using powders, scents, phenols to withstand the smell. This continues for how long?

Those who are ineligible to health due to their pride feeling, in the same way the body and health are ineligible to the salvation if they release pungent smell. As I have been cleaning my body from inside since I was about 10 years by eating natural food which lead to get rid of these 5 types of smell in 5, 6 months from the inception. I am not cleaning my tongue since these many years. I am not using soap, pastes, powders. No phenol is used in the bathroom. Even though it stays clean inside and outside the body. Unless we experience, we do not know that the health and smell has a close relationship. You should drink 4, 5 liters of water a day, excrete your waste 2 to 3 times a day, exercise minimum atleast, eat 50-60% of natural food(uncooked) and try to avoid eating non-vegetarian food etc to keep your body clean. First enlighten this to your family. From tomorrow if your husband wakes up and asks is the coffee ready! Then you must stop serving coffee cups and fill a glass of water and serve it with your own hands. If your kids ask in the morning is the breakfast ready? You have to immediately ask the child whether he went to motion or not? If he says yes, then only you serve the breakfast.
